Installation

The terminal is installed on your computer according to the specification found in our Support & Downloads.

Connection through Proxy and Firewalls

The program will automatically attempt to detect your computer's proxy settings. In some cases this is not possible. To manually enter proxy settings via the main menu to Tools, Preferences, Proxy settings to fill in the information.

Contact Customer support through the terminal

If you are experiencing problems or have questions you can contact Support through the terminal.

Type "Support" in the Search field in the Tool bar and press Enter to use the Support command which goes straight to the "Mail to Support" dialogue.

Or find Help via the main menu icon in the tool bar and select Mail to Support. This feature lets you easily attach logs and extra information about your local environment. A screenshot is also attached automatically to reduce the time used to resolve issues.
